Sparkly Army Gloves

PATTERN
Pattern:  Class A Gloves (army)
Pattern Designer:  The Lady Wyvern
Where to find it:  http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/class-a-gloves-army
Pattern Review:  There's not much to this pattern.  It is a very basic glove pattern, but that was a good place to start.

YARN
Brand:  Cherry Tree Hill
Type:  Super Glitz (discontinued)
Colorway:  Martha's Vineyard
Actual Color:  mostly blues, greens, and purples
Yarn Review:  This yarn is great to look at with the added sparkle.  However, it's not soft at all, but somehow that seemed fitting for an army glove pattern.

PROJECT
Needles:  Size 4 using magic loop
Gauge:  9 rows - 7 stitches = 1" in stockinette
Completed:  February 27, 2010
Completion Time:  13 days
Project Review:  This was my Ravelympics project.  I really enjoyed making gloves.  This was my first pair but certainly won't be my last.  I can't wait to cast on another pair and make them fit even better.  These were a little tight and I figured out what modifications would make gloves better fit my hands.
