Pattern Review:  Easy to follow.  Makes the standard granny slipper.  The rose was likewise easy to follow but did not really work out to a rose shape for me.

Yarn Review:  As far as acrylics go, this one isn't bad.  It's not the softest acrylic but also not the harshest I've ever felt.  I'd use it again for a project like this.  The roses were made with an unknown white acrylic.

Completion Time:  2 weekends

Project Review:  If it hadn't been for a great friend asking for these I wouldn't have knit them.  They go quick but seemed to take me forever because I didn't enjoy working on them.  The roses did not look like a rose to me but still made a nice embellishment.  The pattern is very difficult to work on the last two increase rows.
